Sparty Beats Georgia in Triple OT Thriller!

Wow!  Down 16 to NOTHNG at the half, MSU came back to win the Outback Bowl 33-30 in the third overtime by blocking Georgia’s field goal attempt to tie it up.  Now some of you haters may be saying “Oh MSU didn’t win, Georgia just lost by blowing the field goal in the first overtime.”  But I disagree – MSU won that game because shut up, that’s why.  Go Sparty!

    • Yep, that was great ending to a great season. But I’m not so sure about next year. Kirk Cousins, B.J. Cunningham, Keshawn Martin, Keith Nichol, and Brian Linthicum are all seniors. They won’t be around next year, not to mention the defensive players and linesmen that will be gone. Unless MSU gets lucky & finds…Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become the Big Ten champion…I’m afraid it’s going to be a “building year.” The problem is that all the really hot high school players want to play for SEC teams, so the Big Ten gets the second tier.
